Production, Shipping & Returns
We want you to know what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment your Ecoforia piece arrives.
Production
Ecoforia pieces are produced in small quantities. Some are available and ready to ship, while others are thoughtfully created to order. This approach helps us avoid overproduction and allows us to give each garment the care it deserves—honoring both the materials and the woman who will wear it. Production may take up to three weeks, though we aim to complete your piece within one week or less.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders. International shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout based on destination and available service.
Once your order is ready to leave our studio, you will receive shipping and tracking information. We will be updating our delivery estimates and shipping options shortly.
Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is complimentary for U.S. orders. For international returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
International Orders
International shipping charges apply. Your international market is currently configured so that applicable taxes and duties are added at checkout rather than included in the displayed product price. The amount varies by destination.
